Navigating Grief

Grief can follow many kinds of loss—not just death.
Health changes. Employment ends. Relationships change. Futures that don’t happen the way we want to.

If your life has shifted and you feel disoriented, that’s a human response.

Grief Coaching lasts 8-10 sessions, offering the following :

Cutting Across Domains

Grief isn’t only about death.
It can follow any meaningful loss—health, identity, work, community, or a sense of certainty about the future.

It often shows up as exhaustion, foggy thinking, or feeling disconnected from yourself or others.

Our work starts from a simple truth: grief is a human experience, not a personal failure—and you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Physical Transitions

When you acquire a disability or chronic illness, it can reshape how you move through the world and see yourself. Our secular coaching  offers  space to grieve what’s different, honor what remains, and build a life that feels workable and joyful in your new reality and the society in which you live.
