Is this therapy?
No. Coaching isn’t therapy and doesn’t replace medical or mental health care. It focuses on the present and the future. If therapy would better support you, I’ll say so.
Do I need a clear goal before we start?
No. Many people begin feeling foggy, conflicted, or unsure.
Clarity often emerges gradually, through conversation.
What if I don't have much energy?
That’s okay. This work is designed to respect real limits—physical, emotional, and cognitive.
I'm not religious or spiritual. Is that okay?
Yes—completely.
This is a secular space, without belief-based framing.
What if I’ve tried coaching or self-help before and it didn’t help?
This approach is slower and more adaptive.We pay attention to what hasn’t worked before—and why.
What happens in a first conversation?
