I come to this work with lived experience of a life that changed in ways I didn’t plan for— and a deep respect for how complex adaptation can be.  Like many people I work with, I had to let go of an old story about who I was and how my life would unfold.

That process wasn’t linear or inspirational. It was practical, disorienting, and deeply human. What helped wasn’t positive thinking or spiritual explanations. It was learning how to think clearly again, make choices within real limits, and rebuild trust in myself—slowly, without self-betrayal.That’s the kind of space I offer now.

How I Work

I don’t believe resilience means pushing through at all costs.I believe it grows through honesty, patience, and care for the body and mind you actually have.In our work together, I’m not here to fix you or motivate you into becoming someone else. I’m here to help you:

  • Understand what’s really happening

  • Make sense of change without minimizing it

  • Choose deliberately, given your constraints

  • Move forward at a pace your life can support

This is secular work. There’s no spiritual framing, no belief-based meaning-making, and no pressure to “find the lesson” in what hurt you.

With Whom I Tend to Work Best

I work especially well with people who are thoughtful, reflective, and navigating real transitions—often related to disability, chronic illness, burnout, or identity shifts later in life. Many are capable and self-aware, but tired. Many are used to managing on their own. Many are looking for support that feels steady rather than upbeat. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone.

A Note on Pace and Care

You don’t need to perform here.

You don’t need to be articulate, optimistic, or certain.

We can pause.

We can slow down.

We can take things one step at a time.

My role is to walk alongside you as you find your footing again—without rushing you back into a life that no longer fits.
